Billing Q&A: Reprinting Statement Run Totals

October 2018    Tags: ,

When I run my monthly statements, I rely on the Statement Run Totals page to give me certain figures on the bills I’d just run. However, last month this page was accidentally excluded. Is there any way to get that information now?

You can print the Statement Run Totals page for a past batch of statements via the Reprint Multiple Updated Statements program.

To reprint Statement Run Totals

  1. From the Statements menu, point to Reprint Updated Statement and select Reprint Multiple Updated Statements.
  2. Enter the desired Statement Criteria for the batch of statements you want to reprint.
  3. In the Reprint Options section, select the Print Statement Run Totals check box.
  4. Click OK.

Note: When running this program, all statements will be included. However, you can select to print a single page when printing from the Preview, or you can save the file/send it to DropBox and then print the desired page.

  1. I believe this does not apply to ver. 18.1 says:

I do not see the Reprint Multiple Updated Statements in my version.

    • Thank you for bringing this up! In Version 18 and prior, the Reprint Multiple Updated Statements can only be access via the Statements menu at the top of the software. This utility cannot be accessed via the Statements tab of the Task Folders. In Version 19, which has recently been released, Reprint Multiple Updated Statements can also be accessed via Quick Launch and My Actions.
