We created a custom field in the Client file, but it isn’t included in the Conflict of Interest Search. Is there any way to include this new field?

Whether or not a field is included in a Conflict of Interest search is determined via File Maintenance.

To include a field on the Conflict of Interest

  1. From the Maintenance menu, select File Maintenance.
  2. Under System Files, select Client and click OK.
  3. From the Field tab:
    1. In the Field IDs section, select the desired field.
    2. In the Custom Properties section, select the Include in Conflict Search check box.
  4. Click Done.
