We use event colors to make it easy to distinguish between each user’s calendar events. However, although other users’ calendars show the user colors, mine appears to be based on something else. How can I fix this?
Event colors are controlled by a setting in Calendar Properties, which is individual to each user. Event colors can be shown based on User ID or Calendar Code, or set to show a single color for all events.
To change your calendar to use event colors based on User ID information
From the Calendar menu, select Calendar Properties.
From the General tab, in the Event Colors section, select Event Colors are based on User ID information.
