We have recently started to require that employees check out documents through Document Management records. The process is working well, but some users are forgetting to check documents back in when they are done with them. Is there an easy way to remind users that they have checked out documents after a few days?
You can specify the number of days before a document is considered overdue, and then show an overdue document list when users with overdue documents log into PracticeMaster.
To specify overdue document settings
From the Utilities menu, select Customization.
From the Documents tab, in the Checkout Options section:
Specify the desired number of days after which Checked out documents are considered overdue.
Select the Show overdue documents list for users when logging in check box.
