When I use the PracticeMaster Outlook plug-in to create a fee based on an email, the fee record defaults to the wrong timekeeper number. Can I change it to default to a different timekeeper number?
The Convert to Fee Settings control the default values when you convert records to a fee, and can be customized.
To change the Default Timekeeper when converting emails to fees
From the Maintenance menu, point to Preferences and select Convert to Fee Settings.
From the Email tab, in the Default Timekeeper section, select the desired option.
