I view the Daily Calendar for a group of users, and when multiple members are part of the same event, it displays a separate record for each user. Is there a way to show only one instance of the record?

The option to display records linked to multiple users/groups as a single group record can be specified in Calendar Properties. This can help keep the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Calendars cleaner.

To combine multiple user records into one group record

  1. From the Calendar menu, select Calendar Properties.
  2. On the General tab, in the Options section, select the Combine Multiple User Records into One Group Record check box.
  3. Select OK.
