I need to track additional time on a timer record that has already been processed. How can I accomplish this?

In order to track additional time on a timer record, it must first be changed back to an unprocessed record. Once it’s marked as unprocessed, edits can be made before processing the timer again.

To mark a timer record as unprocessed

  1. From the File menu, point to Open and select Journal.
  2. Select the record you want to mark as unprocessed.
  3. Right-click the record and select Show in Process Timer Records.
  4. Optionally right-click on the record again and select Show in Timer Window.

You can now make edits to the timer record.

Note: The fee transaction created when the transaction was processed the first time will not be deleted using these steps. Processing the record a second time may cause a duplicate fee.
