I want to use the Search Box in the Calendar file to search for a word in a specific field but the field is not available in the list. Is there a way to add the field I want to search?

When searching using the Search Box, all fields in the selected column layout will be searched, unless you search in a specific field. However, searching in a specific field can help narrow down the search results. You can add fields to the Search Box to search in.

To add a field in the Search Box

  1. From the Calendar menu, select Calendar File.
  2. Click the  icon next to the Search Box.
  3. Click the Fields button.
  4. Select the field you want to add.

You can now search the specific field.
