Quick Tip: Custom Activity List in PracticeMaster Matter Manager

Create a Custom Activity List in the PracticeMaster Matter Manager that shows the record types you want to see. For example, you could create a Custom Activity List that shows only Document, Research, and Timer records for any selected matter. Once created, custom activity lists can be viewed in Tabs3 Connect as well.

To create a custom activity list

  1. From the File menu, select Matter Manager.
  2. From the Quick Clicks pane, in the Customize Current View group, select Custom Activity List.
  3. Click the Add button.
    1. Enter a Name for the Activity List.
    2. In the Include Record Types section, select the desired check boxes.
    3. Click OK.
  4. Click Close.
