Billing Q&A: Pre-Update Statements Report

Our attorneys create bills for their clients, and I want to make sure that all of their statements have been updated at the end of our billing cycle. Is there a report I can run to see if there are any final bills that still need to be updated?

The Pre-Update Statements Report can be run to see which Final bills have not been updated.

To run the Pre-Update Statements Report

  1. From the Statements menu, select Pre-Update Statements Report.
  2. From the Client tab, enter the desired Client ID range.
  3. Enter any other criteria as needed.
  4. Click OK.
