Billing Q&A: Copy a Statement Template

Is there any way to copy an existing statement template so that I don’t have to start a new template from scratch?

Statement templates can easily be copied so that you do not have to start from scratch.

To copy a statement template

1. From the Statements menu, point to Statement Setup, and select Statement Templates.
2. Select the Template ID you want to copy.
3. Enter a new Template ID name. This will create a new statement template with the same criteria as the original.
4. Make changes to the statement template as needed.
5. Press Ctrl+S.
