Feature Article: Tabs3 Pay Autopay

Managing client payments is now more efficient with the new Autopay feature in Tabs3 Pay. Autopay enables you to automatically schedule payments when generating final statements, ensuring a seamless transaction process.

• Automatic Payment – Schedule a client payment when generating a final statement and let Tabs3 Pay handle the rest. Processed payments are shown in the Import Online Payments window.
• Customized Payment Plans – Not every client has the same billing situation. Autopay lets you build a tailored payment plan for each client based on current work, accounts receivable, or both. You can also set a maximum charge limit, so clients are never charged more than agreed.
• Trust Auto-Replenish – Schedule automatic deposits and let Tabs3Pay replenish trust accounts after final statements are generated.
• Client Notifications – Every scheduled payment triggers a notice on the client’s statement showing the payment date, amount, and method. Customize that language by editing Statement Customization and Trust Bank Account settings.

You can see all scheduled payments from the Matter Manager, Client Information window, or the Tabs3 Pay Web Portal.
